1Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, please make sure of the following:
- The return request is raised within 48 hours of the order being delivered.
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging.
- All original labels, seals, and accessories are intact.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided.
Requests received after 48 hours from delivery will not be eligible for return or refund, as per our policy.
2Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once delivered:
- Opened or used herbal products, oils, and tonics.
- Products without original packaging or seal.
- Items purchased on clearance or final sale.
3How to Request a Return
- Contact our support team via WhatsApp, phone, or email within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share your order number along with a photo of the product and packaging.
- Our team will review and confirm return eligibility within 24 hours.
- Once approved, we'll arrange pickup or guide you on where to send the product.
4Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed as follows:
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method or as store credit.
- Cash on Delivery orders are refunded via bank transfer or JazzCash/Easypaisa.
- Refunds typically reflect within 5–7 business days after approval.
5Damaged or Wrong Item Received
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — no questions asked.
