Return & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of herbal products, we only accept returns under specific circumstances.

Eligible Returns

You may request a replacement if:

• You receive the wrong product.
• The product arrives damaged.
• The package is received in an unusable condition.

Return Request

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns if:

• The safety seal has been broken after delivery.

Refund Policy

Since we operate on Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds are only applicable for approved return cases.

Once the returned product is inspected and approved, the refund will be processed via Bank Transfer or EasyPaisa/JazzCash within 7-10 business days.

Order Refusal

If a customer confirms an order and later refuses to accept the parcel without a valid reason, Al-Haj Herbals reserves the right to refuse future Cash on Delivery (COD) orders from that customer.
